Verdict: Debatable
Do cats always land on their feet?

Cats have an amazing righting reflex that allows them to twist in mid-air, but this doesn't guarantee a safe landing. Falls from high-rise buildings ('high-rise syndrome') can cause severe injuries. The reflex develops around 3-4 weeks of age and is fully developed by 7 weeks.
